What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers: Get preapproval from lender (have many excellent ones to recommend based on individual situation and needs), and meet for buyer consultation. View homes, and start shopping!
Listings: we have a streamlined process to prepare your home for going active, marketing, and open houses to drive multiple offers, and fast sale.
We have access to lease with option to purchase programs, as well as buy before you sell programs for easy transition between selling your home and buying the next.

Ask how many sales they’ve done in the last year. There’s agents that have been in the business 30 years. But if they only do the average 4-6 transactions a year, how well do they really know the market to help you?
