What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My exclusive service commitment is to listen carefully to you, clearly understand your real estate goals, provide excellent timely information so you can make the best decisions possible. We also will assist with review of financing to make sure you are getting the loan that is best for you. We are full time professionals, and whether you are buying or selling, we make the entire process seamless and smooth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Fisher leads the firm and is one of the Top 5% of all Real Estate brokers in the NC/SC Greater Charlotte area and was recently recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Agents in North Carolina by Real Estate Executive Magazine. In addition to being a licensed Relator in NC and SC, Mr. Fisher has a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning and is a licensed General Contractor and Landscape Architect.

How did you get started in this business?
Mr Fisher has over two decades of diverse experience in Architecture, Residential and Multifamily Real Estate development, financing and sales. This knowledge of architecture, design, local codes, very large and complex real estate transactions and financing strategies allow Mr. Fisher to be a tough negotiator for his clients and to bring creativity to both simple and difficult residential and commercial real estate transactions to close smoothly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mr Fisher has worked with a wide range of clients from individuals on tight budgets who are purchasing their first home to high wealth families selling lakefront estates to corporations making multi-state investments in real estate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It is always gratifying when past clients return for us to assist them with the sale of their home and we all realize how much money they have made in real estate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are a full time professional and review how many transactions they personally complete every year. Also ask for past sales data and details on how and where they market your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If Selling: how quickly do you want to move, how much if any are you willing to spend to improve the condition of your home, what would happen if you got an offer and had to move in 30 days or less.
If Buying: how much is a lender willing to loan you and what down payment and closing costs do you need? Do you want to spend your maximum approved amount per month? What features do you want and need? What kind of properties are available in your price range? How soon do you need to move?
