What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them on the phone to introduce myself, to get an idea of what they are looking for, make sure they are Prequalified for a Loan or paying cash, then meet with them and start showing houses or do a listing presentation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and I have completed my courses to become a Realtor. I specialize in New Home Sales, First Time Home Buyers, Foreclosures, Short Sales and Listings

How did you get started in this business?
I went to Real Estate School to pursue my Career in Real Estate Sales. I worked at Wells Fargo for 25 years providing Excellent Customer Service and assisting clients with their financial needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure whoever you choose as your Realtor they are knowledgeable of the market, they price your house to Sell fast and has your best interest at heart. That person wants to meet your needs, not just looking for a Sale.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The first question should be can I get qualified for a loan and do I have money saved for an Inspection, Appraisal, Earnest Money Deposit, Due Diligence fee and maybe some Closing Cost.
