What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customers needs and request.
Verify.
Perform estimate.
Verify work to be done at start of job, usually a walk around in person with the customer.
Walk around completed job with customer to ensure satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing landscape work more than a decade. I lean on other professionals for help and guidance when needed on a specialized task.

I quit the corporate world and started my own business so that I could work for myself.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a customer get their landscape back into shape after it was not taken care of, other than mowing for the past two years. They had been living in another country. It was quite the transformation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Speak to multiple pros and pick the right fit for you. Someone who is willing to listen and do the job the way you want it some.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Sometimes more questions arise while talking or points are addressed that you would not have thought of. I don't believe thinking ahead is required. If you hire the right pro, they should help consult you from planning to the end.
