From initial consultation to installation, our team is there to hold your hand, answer questions and make you feel that your wants and needs are met. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interview on the phone followed by meeting in person on the job site, Contract, design phase, presentation, procurement and installation.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Projects are priced at $10.00- $25.00 per sq foot depending on the scope of the project.
How did you get started in this business?
I went to design school and worked as an intern for Bistany Kitchen and Bath then worked for Bistany after college for 9 months prior to opening Lisa Mende Design
What types of customers have you worked with?
New construction, renovations, kitchen and bath, Full Service interior design from the ground up inside and out.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A large beach house for a favorite client family. 4 bedrooms, family room, kids den, large kitchen, dining and 4 baths and a powder room. Large master suite with en suite bath.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at the pro's projects and see if your taste aligns with the designers but also realize that many designers can design a multitude of aesthetics so I suggest a meeting to discuss your wants and needs and let the designer show you how she can work to meet those needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your budget? What is the timeframe of the project? What are your expectations for a designer? Have you ever worked with a designer before? If so, how was that experience? Do you have an idea of what you want? Do you have items we need to work around? Are you ready to let me take the lead for your project?
