What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I begin with going over the customers needs and expectations. I then prepare an estimate with a cleaning plan that covers all of the customers cleaning requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaning technicians are certified in all current cleaning techniques and requirements. They are also certified to provide COVID-19 disinfecting as well.

I have a formula that I use to provide a price for each service depending on the size of office, how often it requires cleaning as well as the customers specific cleaning needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in a medical clinic for many years. We would have cleaners come in after hours to clean. The office would never look like it had been properly cleaned. I decided to do something about this by starting my own cleaning company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every kind of personality imaginable and it is one of the things I love about this business.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I had a manager of an office that we clean each week come to me to let me know that they really appreciated our hard work. She wanted us to know that they could really tell a difference in how clean their office is now.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be aware that you get what you pay for! If your current cleaning services are extremely cheap then that is probably why your office or facility is not being cleaned correctly. We strive to provide cleaning service for a reasonable price, but we also make sure that our employees are paid to compensate for their hard work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What all services they are needing to be provided by the pros as well as what level of cleaning they are wanting. Is your office or facility looking for the cheapest service or the most thorough service?
