I channeled between brick and walls, and inside mantle for main power wire to surge protector which I mounted up behind TV, hidden with the rest of the wires and adapters. Then reassembled mantle after boring access hole. 6 hours

Speak to them by phone. It is very easy to grasp a persons skill level, and see if the know what they are talking about.
