At Poochie's we focus on quality not quantity. We pay a great deal of attention to the details but what is most important is the safety and wellbeing of your dog. We have a small quiet salon so it is a less stressful environment than some of the bigger salons. Our whole building is dedicated to animals. We share the facility with Carolina Plsce Animal Hospital and York County Humane Society. We literally have all your pet needs under one roof!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your first visit, you will pull up at the curb. There is a sidewalk and a sign that says "Poochie's Drop Here". You will enter the door into a hallway (a cramped hallway🙄) where you will find the office. This is where you get checked in. We take your address and phone number. We require proof of rabies so we enter that and all your dog's info into the computer. After that we take as long as it takes to determine what you want your dog to look like when they're done!
It's generally 4-5hrs for a haircut, 2-3hrs for a bath.
