What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would come to the customers home or business, and introduce myself and then have them explain to me exactly what they are wanting done or what's going on and then explain to them how I'm going to fix or what it will require and go over it in detail with them give them a quote and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have used trenches, can do underground work, can do patio lighting, have worked with some generators, all kinds of power tools and equipment as well and have taken courses online too
