What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting on what styles, sizes and budget, we work up a prelimanary design, after client approval we go through creating the elevations and roof plans and then we meet with the client to get final approval and then we fine tune the plan and the client gets the final plan on paper and a digital copy through email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been designing houses for 20 plus years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do, just depends on size, county being built in(certain counties require engineering and other features to be added)
How did you get started in this business?
Always enjoyed drawing as a kid and it just turned into a career after high school. I love seeing clients happy with the new home that was designed for them.
