What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My assisting partner and I will get set up and let your pets get familiar and comfortable with our presence before we get started. For full services your pet will have their nails clipped and/or grinded, ears plucked and cleaned, teeth brushed, and glands expressed. Some of these services may happen before, during, or after the bath. Pets will be washed in a sink/tub/or outside area, towel dried with a towel you provide, then we use our dryer to finish drying. Pets will be brushed out and have their paws/sanitary areas trimmed if needed, or an all-over full body haircut .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at PetSmart for 8 years and went through their grooming academy for training.

Pricing varies on the pet, breed, over all condition and temperament and the location to which I will be traveling.
How did you get started in this business?
PetSmart was my first job. I was there for 8 years. I have worked at a few private shops but find it is more satisfying to work for myself and cater to those who would rather have the grooming done at home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a lot of different breeds of dogs as well as cats. All different temperaments, skin conditions, special needs, picky parents. I can pretty much handle whatever is thrown at me
