Dani's Dogs & Other Pet Care Services
About
I own 2 pets myself, a tortoise and guinea pig, whom have my whole heart. I have also worked at Petsmart as a dog groomer for 5 years and have been grooming independently for 3 years now. Also I have been running my pet care business(check Facebook page with the same name) for almost a year as well and have loved it. I love everything about animals and having a job where I can surround myself with them makes me more than happy with my job choice.
I love just being able to love on peoples pets. I love building relationships with pets and their owners, and teaching people how to properly maintina their pet. The more pets and owners I can help, whether it be exercise, grooming, or sitting, the more accomplished I feel in my field.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule meet & greets so we can all become acquainted with each other, owner, pet, and sitter and make sure that we are a good fit for each other. Then I like to keep in contact for the duration of the service with lots of picture message updates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I groomed dogs at Petsmart grooming for 2 years and one more year independently. Also I have been running my petcare business since feb of this year and have acquired a ton of experience.
How did you get started in this business?
i got started 2 summers ago when I started only dog walking, and realized that I love md the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In grooming I have worked with almost every breed of dog you can think of, and dogs of all sizes for boarding. Also I have worked with puppies, elderly dogs, and have dog sat for clients who require medications. No problem!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Definitely push for a meet and greet and make sure your pet and the person providing the service feel comfortable with each other, because once out of your presence they have to be able to function without you. Also be very honest about your pets needs, most sitters won't be turned off to your pet just because of circumstances, because simply being aware helps us to know how to best care for your pet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
