What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by speaking about the wants and needs of both the owner and their beloved pets!
Then, naturally it would be an in person meeting but now with COVID, I feel a video call with the client and their animals would be best!
Afterward we both can decide if I'm a good fit for your animal fam!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of volunteer animal care
18 years of personal experience with my own animals
1 year of past client experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on what I'm being asked, I typically charge $40-50 a day per animal for visits! For boarding, my standard rate is $65-70 per animal per day!
How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a knack for caring for animals, so much so that when I was in high school, I volunteered for two years at an animal ranch! I learned so much about the respect and love that goes into providing animal care, and I certainly learned very valuable traits during my time at the ranch.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Birds, dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and frogs!
