How did you get started in this business?
I started this business because I love cleaning and doing lawn care. I have been cleaning and doing lawn care work for the past 20+ years. I love to clean and perform lawn care for others who are not able to clean for themselves or don't have the time to clean. I started this business in December 2010. I am a true entrepreneur at heart and love working with the public. I own other businesses as well since 2002, and I enjoy working for myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for residential and commercial clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We went around passing out flyers and met a lot of nice people in the process. Some of them actually asked for services at that time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them make sure that whatever price they are paying to make sure that they get the amount of services for that price. Don't pay more and get less service....make sure you get your money's worth.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much am I willing to spend? What services do I really need? Do I want to pay for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services?
