I've been in the lawn service for over 10 years-only doing it part-time. Just two years ago, I decided to go full-time and go out on my own. It has been a passion of mine for years to achieve a successful business/career that I have always dreamed about. I treat my customers with the same respect that I would want done to me. I take pride in my service and my equipment. With dependable equipment and service, it's my duty to make sure ALL my customers are treated with fairness and are satified with their services. My main goal is to bring the customers ideas to life.
I love to see the satification of my customers. It gives me great pleasure to introduce my work and experience to my customers. I enjoy making people happy;that's rewarding in itself for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a physical overlook at the project for what service I can offer. I give a quote and intake on any suggestions on the process of the project/service. I try to build a firm relationship with every customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing lawn work for over 10 years. I have experience in grading,flower beds, edging,back & track hoe and running forklifts.

I do not have a standard pricing system. It depends on the project or services that are needed.
How did you get started in this business?
I started with two push mowers. I was only doing it part-time; cutting around in the neighborhood. One day a realtor saw my service and gave me the break that lead me to getting started. I invested in more equipment and decided to be my own boss full-time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I deal with all types of customers. I've dealt with commerical(hotels,apartments,auto shops,etc), realtors, rentals, and homeowners. I treat everyone with the upmost respect as I'd want done to me.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just recently did a flower bed for a customer that I now have one of the my close friends. He asked and I made it happened. Him and his wife trusted me to bring their image to life. I did a job well done. Satifying my customers is always my main goal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think the most important thing is the dependability and quality of the service. You should do research on anything before you go into it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should never ask about a kickbacks/discounts on the service. You should always want the best quality and service for your money. Customers should never ask about another customer's service.
