What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can call and arrange a tour. Also customers can arrange a complementary doggie daycare day so I can get to know their special pup.
There is an application that can be filled out ahead of time on my website.
Vaccination records are necessary for complementary visit and all stays.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner, Robyn Lombardo, has been involved with the dog world since 1997. She is certified in dog first aid. She has successfully trained, shown and bred Portuguese Water Dogs. She is a member of the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America, the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the International Association of Canine Professionals.
She was born and raised in Kenner, LA and moved to her current home in Picayune, MS in 2013.
