Being part of a military family we have connections from all over so I specialize in helping people relocate. I've got a passion for improving neighborhoods that is how I got started by investing in properties in need of rehab either the basics carpet, paint, and landscaping or full complete gut. Eventually, with the experience in renting, buying, selling property I wanted to help others find a home or sell their house for the most money possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For buyers or sellers, we start with a free consultation. What that does it helps to define exactly what you want and need during the process. Then we have created a calendar specific to your needs so that we can communicate effectively to reduce stress for our clients as much as possible. The team we work with has access to all of the processes and deadlines so that you we can concentrate our efforts on you the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed realtor with a background in project management. My team and I are continually involved in educating ourselves to keep up to date with the changing market.
