We're a family owned business and we LOVE what we do! We aren't like the big companies so we're more about customer service and REPEAT business, than the money itself!! I think I love the fact that we get to meet and communicate with customers of various backgrounds and nationalities. We are people persons and love providing amazing customer service. And with it being a family business we are teaching our younger generation about responsibility and stability.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and give them some info of my background. Allow them to ask questions and I answer truthfully and to best that I can to comfort them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife who basically runs the business has been to college for business management and law. And prior to my company, she ran her own moving business for 10 years until her mom passed and she took time off.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes! I always run a crew of 5 (my wife or myself ) plus our 4 main guys! And we always run the same price no matter what!
How did you get started in this business?
My brother in law was a mover for 10 years and a few days a month his employees called off so he would call me and it just started from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All races, disabled, vets, men, women, college students, and military.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are always doing volunteer work for our local businesses and also we help sponsor my sons youth football team.
