What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet the client at their home so we can give them a very good estimate of what their home is worth. Typically it takes about and hour. We cover neighborhood comparables, our marketing plan and discuss any improvements that could be made to increase the value. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA from Webster University. My specializations include Graduate of Realtor Insitute as well as a Certified Residential Specialist.

My job is to get the most I possibly can for the home. Afterall, it's not the commission I am after. I want my clients to refer me to all of their friends and family. 

How did you get started in this business?

My husband and I started renovating homes while I was still employed by Campbell's Soup. I fell in love with this business and the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with first time buyers and sellers, move up buyers, relocation buyers and investors!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My team just had a Client Appreciation event last Saturday at Billy G's in Kirkwood! So fun getting to see so many of our past clients! We had a great brunch, with bloody mary and mimosa bar! Had lots of giveaways/prizes and everyone went home with stemless wine glasses and a bottle of my favorite wine. Just an awesome day!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

My advice is to hire a team. One agent can't help you buy a home while selling your home. You need a full- time agent commited to each transaction. Also, we have a team of marketing and administrative people so that nothing falls through the cracks! We are full service!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask the agent how many homes they have sold in the alst 12 months. This tells you how big their network is which is the most important thing to get your home sold!
