What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients are multi generational. I work with first time home buyers, families moving up , luxury home buyers, clients that are downsizing into a smaller home or condo, relocation, and clients looking to purchase outside of Missouri, whether they are purchasing a primary home or vacation property. I am local and global!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All my recent sells bring fond thoughts to mind.
One client had zero money for a downpayment but had a good credit score, I was able to get her financing and she now pays less then her rent and she is a home owner for life :)
Another client was out of state and needed help downsizing his parents who were elderly here in St. Louis. Help this family navigate the process and releaving the stress from the son who was out of state-- was very rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to several Real Estate Agents. You are not obligation to list with them for coming out and learning about how they will market your home. Its important that your feel comfortable with the Agent you hire. Ask them to bring stats on the homes they have sold or purchased and percentage of list price the received.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Your goals and what you are wanting to achieve.
Time line for listing and moving.
Repairs needed on the home ( your Agent can help you with this and Home warranties can be of great asset during the inspection notice period, so you are not paying for the repairs)
