What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to chat in person if possible and if not I am game for a video chat.
Always discussing the priorties for the search is top of the list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Home Ecopnomics Fashion Merchandising. I also am a licensed REALTOR for over 20 years. I have a Missouri Brokers License and a Missouri Insurance License. i am a notary in Missouri also.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Commission is normally paid by the seller of the property. If you are a seller standard here in Missouri is 6%.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in a real estate family. My Father and Mother were both Broker Owners of their company Signature Realty and Development in Pennsylvania. My father took me to get my license the moment I turned 18 and was able to legally get licensed. I then of course went to college while working in my Dad's office on vacations and thru out the summer. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Born and raised in a real estate family. :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
This is an interesting question. I have worked with anyone who has ever asked me for my help. I've sold Million dollar homes and $100,000.00 homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make a list of what you have in mind so you don't forget something.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Many clients I work with I make sure that they are pre approved for a mortgage for. Or that they have the funds to cover the closing. Think about areas, schoold, featurers, floor plans, types of yards.
