What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First either a phone or text, after meet them personally,know a little about them. Proceed to see if they are already pre qualify if not refer them to at least 3 great lender, that they can choose, as soon they are preapprove we can start looking houses. This is a very long and hard process and alot of people dont have the passion for it, but at the end would be a greta journey, finding that great new place that would be call Home.
