About
I live by the Golden Rule .. treat others how I want to be treated. I'm honest, hard working, and I love my job! I've been in real estate since 2014 ... recently moved to Real Estate Pros LLC. It would be my pleasure and an honor to work for you!
BUYERS - Seeing their reaction when they realize they want to make an offer on the house we are touring... their excitement when you tell them their offer was accepted... handing them the keys to their new house at closing ...
SELLERS - Telling them a great offer is on the table ... getting an accepted offer ... sitting at closing with them when they get their check ... wishing them the best of luck on their next chapter.
REALTORS help make dreams come true. What could be better that that?!?!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BUYERS: Get them preapproved for a loan so we know what price range to look at. Talk to them about their wants and needs in a house. See if we are a good fit for each other and start searching!!! Once we find THE house, we get an accepted offer, negotiate any repairs after inspections, then we CLOSE!!! I do my best to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I have my trusted vendors to help with the loan to inspections to repairs.
SELLERS: Make an appt to look at the house and talk about what the sellers love most about it. Do a Comparable Market Analysis to see what the market says it should sell for. Fill out and sign contract ... get professional pictures done ... get it on the MLS ... confirm showing appts ... negotiate offer then inspections ... then CLOSE!!! I do my best to make the whole transaction as smooth as possible. I return calls/texts/emails within 24 hrs if there are any questions or concerns. Looking forward to working with you!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my GRI and my e-PRO in 2017. I have taken the classes for PSA just haven't paid for the 'letters' yet. LOL I always want to learn about what I can do to make life easier for my clients so I attend classes when I can and, of course, there's always the continued education that I am responsible for. The learning never stops!!
How did you get started in this business?
I worked out of the IBEW Local Union 309 as an Electrician until 2013 when there wasn’t enough work to survive on. I tried a few other things then someone suggested real estate. I gave it a go and LOVE it!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both buyers and sellers. I have helped a number of first time home buyers and enjoyed showing them the process of owning their first home!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview any and all agents you want to until you find the one that fits well with you and your personality. Agents will be interviewing you at the same time. So if you both agree that you want to work together .. perfect!!
