What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All we ask is that the client provide us with a detail description of the work that they would like performed...date and time and our office manager will gladly schedule an appointment to ensure that a smooth transition takes place. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Were are BBB registrant also members of the AGCMO , Associated General Contractors of Missouri.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We meet once a week to go over all new green friendly products for cleaning. Also, we have customer relationship training monthly.

Loft’s/Condo’s for 2 men on site 75 x 2 people = $150.00
Single Family for 2 men on site 115 x 2 people = $230.00
2 Story Homes for 2 men on site total 172.50 x 2 = $345.00
Emergency Cleans: Extra Cost per House TBD
Carpet Cleaning: 4 Rooms $150.00
Strip & Waxing Flooring VCT Tile .95cent per square foot
Pet Odors/ Smoke Odors will be an additional charge

My-T-Sharp Janitorial Services, LLC is a family based company.. where we strive to meet every client's cleaning expectations. Founded in 1993...owners Vernon and Deanna Hemphill started out with two employees. Since then, we have grown adding additional workers-enough to establish a sound cleaning crew.
