What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st and foremost I will always do everything in my ability to make sure that the dog isn't stressed. stressed, or uncomfortable. If the dog isn't comfortable or is having difficulties I will take what ever action is required in order to make the dog comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is where I am going to be 100% honest. And where my honesty will either make me or break me. I can do everything just not with the experience to back my skills up. I am wanting people to choose me sloly to gain the practice and experience so that I CAN have my career in grooming.

My pricing is fair but cheep and based on my knowledge from working in the proffeasion.
How did you get started in this business?
Although I have had many years experience in a grooming work environment, up until a few months ago I was only an expert in the bathing process.
