First we set a time based on both our schedules to come too your residence and take a look at the area and gather as much information from the customer about the project. We will then take that information and come up with an estimate detailing all the information a home owner needs to help them with a budget. Our bids can take 3 days too a week to get together as I work on every project that we sign. Our contract has every detail written so that the customer is comfortable in dealing with us.

over 35 years in the home remodeling and construction industry. No schooling can teach you how to do this type of work, it takes a hard working person who is willing to learn more than just the work, but how to treat others, and ones property.

Most of my work is from past customer referrals, So I do no advertising, and when work gets slow I get on home guide to take on more projects.

My first job out of school was a roofer and moved to a home remodeling company and got hands on training doing kitchens, bathrooms, decks, porch covers, and concrete.

Always get a contract, and make sure all details are listed that you are paying for, Read over said contract and ask questions. I do not sub-contract any projects that I sign, I work alone and am always on the project doing the same type of work that I would do on my own home.

How dependable are they, and how many projects do they have going at the same time as yours. Some contractors will have many projects going at once and trying to manage funds they do not have. I do ONE project at a time unless an emergency comes along, and you will have communication from me at any given time.
