Levine Associates Architects

I have now been in business for over thirty years. We have a three-person technical staff. We are involved in a broad range of projects, including freestanding office buildings, retail centers and warehouses, but also multi-family housing and custom residences and additions. Many of our projects involve renovations to existing buildings. We have worked on many city and county single family remodeling and addition projects, including under tax credit programs.

Our aim is to provide the level of services necessary for each project. Many of our clients are builders and developers, so we have a special understanding of the importance of schedules and cost control. We stress creative design, while maintaining ongoing communication with clients, consultants, contractors and governmental officials. I like to think that we give full architectural services with a modest fee. As a small firm, we are able to quickly delineate the problems to be addressed, and prepare designs and drawings to address them. We have cordial relationships with most municipal review staff.
