What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a sense of their reputation. Words and even pictures can be decieving. Find a plethora of examples, read reviews, get other bids. Try and find three similar pros and get different ideas and prices. Talk to friends, ask around. Know what you're getting before you get it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much am I willing to spend. How detailed do I want to go. Is top quality or timeliness a priority.
