Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we set a date in which my services are needed. A week prior to the customer going on vacation we will have a meet and greet. I'll get a run down of the pets needs day to day, meds, feeding routines etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around animals my entire life as far back as I can remember. I have a passion for animals. I started house sitting/ pet sitting when I was in high school/graduating in 2011

How did you get started in this business?
I got started back in 2011 when my friends parents asked me to house sit/dog sot for them while they went out of town. Since then it's been a thing I've been doing for the love of pets and meeting new people and animals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would always do a meet and greet. Meet the person that you are considering to hire to look after your fur babies. During the visit make sure your pets amd the caretaker get along well.
it's important to do this as some pet sitters aren't really around for your pet once the job starts. I've heard a few stories where the person hired to do overnight care for pets wasn't around but rather did drop in visits and left for the night rather then staying there.
So make sure the person is whiling to stay and meet your expectations because your 4 legged friends are important and deserve the proper care that your expecting and paying for.!
