About

I have been a full time Realtor since 2005 serving Eastern Jackson & Lafayette County. I was born & raised in Lafayette County and have extended out to Eastern Jackson County in the last few years. Now I am a Grain Valley resident and we love it. I am married to a great guy and have 2 amazing kids who seem to be active in every sport possible. So you can catch me at any kind of ball field or court in my spare time. My family is my "Why". I love running into my past my clients and friends living in the small town atmosphere and catching up. I am active in our community and enjoy giving back and helping others. I am involved in Children's Miracle Network and donate from each and every sale. There is no better feeling than helping someone that really needs it. I can help you buy or sell a home from start to finish. I have a list of lenders that will benefit you and preferred vendors to make this an easy process from start to finish. Please don't hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. I will be more than glad to answer or get the answer for you. I look forward to helping you in the future and if you see me out and about don't be afraid to say "HI" Thanks for taking the time out to read "about me" Sincerely, Felicia

I enjoy getting to know my clients. I am helping them with the biggest purchase of their life. I need to get a feel for what matters and we go from there. I walk people through from start to finish to make this as easy as possible.

The relationships I build with my clients last a lifetime. I want to be able to help them with every purchase and I want them to feel confident in referring me as their agent as well.

My website is www.soldbyfelicia.com. Facebook is Felicia Davis Harris, ReMax Realtor and Grain Valley Real Estate. I cover about a 40 mile radius and have several revies to prove

Frequently asked questions

I set up an interview. We need to make sure we are right for each other. I have a list of wants and needs. We go over school districts if they have children, what they want in a home, what they need, what they want to spend, and exactly they are looking for all together. Is this their tempory home or their forever home?

I make sure to put their needs as my priority.

I have been a full time RE/MAX Realtor since 2005. I have several hats I wear. With the changing economy I have several classes under my belt from finacing solutions, short sale, traditional sales and etc.

Here at my office we stay current on all the training with new classes added every month or so. Lot's of marketing and social media.

I do a standard 6%. Nothing is paid upfront. Only out of your proceeds for all listings.

3% buyers agency fee and most all sellers pay this.

My office does charge a $395 broker adminstration fee for all transactions

In 2005 I decided I wanted to become a Realtor. I had been in sales most of my life so I just made the jump. I haven't looked back since

Buyers and Sellers

I had a client that had a few credit issues, we started working on their credit, 6 months later, they were pre approved and we just closed on their home.

Make sure you get someone that knows the ins and out and can negotiate. I hear from lot's of sellers about leaving money on the table. Get some one that know how to price a home. If you over price you count to many people out. If you price a little below in this market you can start a bidding war and are you up for that?  I have 3 pricing strategies, I see what fit's for my seller, and we go from there.

As a buyer's agent, I get you the most for your money. In my 12+ years in this business, negotiations are a big deal.

Get some one with experience and someone that will get you what you want.  Most of all I am patient. I don't want you just jumping on something that don't fit your needs. I want you to be happy with your new home.

What's your experience?

Do you set the price or does the agent set the price?

What type of loan should I get? What will benefit me the most?
