Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a client sell their first home that they spent years improving so that they could purchase their forever home that they hope to spend the rest of their lives loving and developing. Two transactions simultaneously closed seemlessly so that they could move into the new house with no extra stress.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would be sure to check and see how well reviewed they are through popular websites. Let their past experience speak for itself.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should determine when, where, and how they plan to purchase or sell their property. They should also be specific in what level of communication they wish to have with their agent.
