What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that plumbing issues cause a serious disruption to any families life. So when a customer contact us regarding a plumbing issue we try to make them feel as comfortable as possible and have them explain the issue they are having. After we get all information needed we will set A time and date for the service. On the day of the service we contact the customer 30 minutes to an hour before the scheduled job to verify our appointment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At AIM plumbing and Contracting We have over 40 years combined experience in the plumbing field. The owner is a licensed journeyman plumber who is also HVAC certified, backflow prevention certified, OSHA 10 safety certified, Hilti fire stop and prevention certified.

We work with many different types of customers from residential homeowners and business owners To property management companies and general contractors.
