What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a new customer to either send me an email describing exactly what they want done. If possible I would like to do a walk through with the customer at the first service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing lawn care for the last four years and take pride in my work. I'm self trained. I currently have 45 customers.
