Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect your basic information (name, phone number and location youd like to meet). Then, we'll go over your pet's breed and age. After that I'll ask what service youre looking for and answer any questions you have. Pricing questions will for sure be established before service is scheduled. (Pricing will change due to condition and behavior of pet)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been grooming for a year now. Ive been safety certified and graduated grooming academy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on breed, condition, and behavior of pet. Also different services will be different prices.
How did you get started in this business?
I picked this up as a side job from my full time grooming job at an established salon.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with an array of customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy thinking about how much I've grown as a person over the years, in my work and personal life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just becuase they have the years behind them doesn't mean they're good at what they do. Also, expereince does not equal patience and quality care.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
That our prices are reasonable for what we do and the tolerence we have twords pets should be paid for as well. (our profession is doing what most animals dislike and fight against getting done)
