We have been designing homes for all around the world since 1987. Have had some designs in features such as builder magazine and Architectural digest as well as many awards from home shows across the country.
Our designs are what the client needs and wants are, this is first, combined with the knowledge we have in residential construction and diffrent eras of designs criteria.
We are versed in many styles, eras and functions of residential design. From Modern to Victorian, from Tiny house designs to Mansions. We have done it all and with many diffrent types of construction, Standard frame to Concrete, Steel, Passive solar and earth style homes.

I will work closely with you and give advice as needed while trying to my utmost to provide exactly what you want in your new home.
Helping clients stay in budget is also a goal of mine. Every home has some sort of budget. from Millions to tens of thousands, we try to keep the budget in mind as we design. Often times we can achive the look or feel you want by simple and more cost effective methods or materials. We can help with that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Home is as unique as the individuals that build it. I like to sit down and discuss with the client their needs and wants. going over the perticular scope of their project and brainstorming a solution that fits size, scope and budget.
Often times a visit to the site is required when we are trying to achieve views or when there are slopes and walkout areas of a home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first love is Art. second Design. These two desires lead me to the Residential design field when i was 14 years old. I designed blueprints for my home when I was 16 which was bilt by my highschool construction trades class. ever since then I have been designing homes.
While taking Drafting in Highschool I Also went to two technical schools, Davis Area Vocational Center, and Weber Area Vocational Center in the late 80's. I became the ciriculem designer for one and a substitute teacher for the other while attending, also competed in VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) and won State and did well in National competitions.
After serving a prosoliting mission in Finland for two years I returned and started up my first buisness in Utah. Later my company merged with another Home design buisness called Creations West where we had three offices, Two in Utah and one in Idaho. I became the sole proprioter of this buisness in 2002, later to sell it and move to Missouri in 2007.
My buisness started in Missouri during the recession which was slow, but eventually picked back up over the last four years with many clients using my services in the local area.

All types. From Large to small. All over the World. I have subdivisions of homes I designed in many countries including Japan, Austrelia, Great Britan and even a home deisigned as "Bunker" stlye in Kuwait.

Just because of the closeness and fondness I have of the project. The Owner has put alot of his heart into the project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Price isnt always the best determining factor for the final project. I charge a moderate rate. Overall I will help you get the final product with plans that builders can use to get you a bid that will represent actual cost.
in accordace, some high priced professionals may charge more but often times add cost for the WOW factor so they have a better name. I work for you, I want you to be wowed and not the general public.
