    Everyone at ultimate realty took the time to get to know us and our home before they sold it. And they immediately set up multiple showings and open houses. We had countless people come look at the house within the first week after we put it on the market. The staff kept us updated by email/text/phone about anything and everything that went on during the selling process. They always asked for our permission, but they were also available to give us advice about what they would do if they were the homeowners. They’ve obviously had a lot of experience selling homes, and were very professional! Getting the house under contract was seamless – they made it so easy for us. We originally hired a different realtor to sell the home, but after having it on the market for two months without so much as an offer, decided to look elsewhere. That’s when we found ultimate realty – and I’m so thankful that we did! They did an excellent job from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we meet. I like to get to know my customers likes and dislikes, outside of the home buying/selling process. Ultimately though, letting my buyers and sellers get to know me is what I prefer to do. We are going to be building a working relationship for the next few months (hopefully even faster than that!) and I want them to feel just as comfortable with me and have knowledge about me, just as I need the same to be able to help them with this process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been the Director of Operations for Ultimate Realty for over 7 years. I have been in this business day in and day out and I LOVE it! While I am newly licensed (2019), I have watched the business for years and helped guide new ideas throughout those years. Additionally, I have taken a number of courses through the St. Charles Board of Realtors to further my education as well as weekly meetings with Mortgage Lenders, other agents, and more.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I do not have a standard system for my sellers. Each seller is going to have a customized pricing plan that you will know fully upfront. I do not charge additional administrative fees or any other fee. The percentage I quote is the only fee I am charging the seller and that fee includes what I will be paying out to a buyers agent. I also do not charge anything to my buyers nor do I have a minimum. For my buyers, that means that I am theres free and clear with absolutely no hidden fees. I mean it, NO hidden fees. 

How did you get started in this business?

My family is my driving force to have begun this journey. I work for a family owned brokerage and have since May of 2012.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with first time home buyers, first time sellers, investors, large groups of families that own a property, property management, tenants, and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Communicate your expectations with them and know about all the fees before signing anything. It is also important you understand any and every document you are asked to sign before you sign it. Lastly, ask your agent what their response time is and what their preferred method of communication is. Communication in any business deal is key! 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What do you really want out of this experience? This is an entire process and experience and the customer should truly think about the core values they expect out of that experience.
