What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we ask a customer what they like about their current fireplace as well as what they don’t like. Then we ask them to share some photos with us of fireplaces that they like. Next, we discuss with them how we can change the fireplace from its current look into the ideal one.

We have certifications from several different manufacturers for their unique products. We have a taken training across the country and in Europe.

Think about each part of the fireplace, the main body, the mantel, the hearth, the doors or fireplace screen. Which of these needs to be changed?

What budget do you have in mind?
