He is very knowledgable and very friendly. My piano hadnt been tuned for at least 15 yrs. Sigrud tuned it and now it sounds beautiful. He was also very quick to respond, he came the afternoon I got in touch with him. I will definitely use him again.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard price for tuning is $130. Do not charge mileage in East Metro area. Charge mileage if over 20 Miles from St Louis Park at $0.70 per mile. Extra work prorated at $60 per hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are a Registered Piano Technician. Anyone can say they can say they are a piano tuner. There is no licensing of tuners.
