Provide Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Consulating in residential homes. Perfoms a comprehensive assessment(Home Inspection) to property owners, tenants , managers , develops and investors on high perfomances and efficient homes. Also provides basic energy savings tips and measures to lower your enegy bills. My goals is to be able to help as most people as I can so we're ready in 2020 for the global warming.
I have a bachelor degree in Building Science and Technology and I also have a building analyst certification from BPI.
I have many years of experiences as far as construction , renewable energy and home assessment
I like the facts that I'm able to give back to the commnunties and the feedbacks that i get from my clients.

I will ask questions about your house and basic information that will enable me to see if i can help you, or if i will need to come and see your house( if so you'll pay for the trip, $.59/mile)
