A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive, visual examination of the condition of a home. I perform the inspection covering all of the key elements listed below, then I offer to show my customers, first hand, the results of my findings. This provides a time where you can see issues, ask questions about the findings and about other related issues. In addition to the verbal report, you will be provided with a written report that covers all of the findings and documents where the main utility locations are so you know where to go to turn them on, or shut them off.
