I have worked almost every facet of home construction my entire life. I enjoy taking time to walk though the home inspection process with customers answering any questions they may have and helping them get aquainted with the features of their new home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with the customer to set an inspection time that is flexible and works with their schedule. Once the inspection date come along, I will show up between an hour and two hours early to do the initial inspection and then we will do another inspection walk through with the customer. Once completed a highly detailed report with photos will be sent to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the residential home market all my life from construction and remodeling to working in the insurance industry doing both catastrophy work inspections, estimator and undwriter reviewing inspections. I am currently 54 and have been doing this work for nearly 40 years.
