Devine Inspections has been providing home inspections with exceptional customer service throughout The Mnneapolis and Saint paul areas for nearly a decade.I am an InterNACHI and ASHI Certified Professional Inspector with a background in construction and remodeling. We provide an emailed PDF report only hours after the inspection. Your report will include many color photos as well as graphics and illustrations. We include a free Home Maintenance book with our inspections.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ASHI Certified Inspector, as well as being an Internachi Certified Professional Inspector. I am also an active member of MAHI. (Midwest Assoc. of Home Inspectors) I stay up to date on all the continuing Ed requirements of the associations. I attend other continuing education opportunities to improve my knowledge in specific areas of home inspection and business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on total square footage of the property. There are other factors including age of the home and general condition that are considered as well.
