What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My prices are well understood and published on my website, My website also includes an online scheduling feature so clients can directly schedule at their convenience. I'm always available by phone to answer questions, verify my training, and discuss special considerations. Many clients like to check out the google reviews (Branch Property Investigations) and ensure that they'll have a good experience.

Payment is due at the inspection and the cost and duration will vary based on property type/size. Reports are delivered within 24 hours and usually the same day as the inspection. Radon testing takes a minimum of 48 hours and reports are delivered after payment is received.
