What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be nice and respectable and if they have certain requests, I will make sure to honor their requests. I will do my best to make them feel comfortable to leave their pets or household to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If I needed to take care of plants, I have worked for 4 summers at Urban Roots. At Urban roots we learn a lot about how to properly take care of plants and what to do if they are invasives. At home I have two dogs, two cats and a bunny, I am usually the person who takes care of food, water, dog walks/baths and cat litter.

It is $15 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I realized that I really like pets and since I take care of mine at home for free might as well try to make some money while doing it.
