Alicia does a wonderful job with our dog! He doesn't love baths -or water- but he'll happily go with Alicia each time! I think the consistency is good for him, he's build a special bond with her that is important for comfortable grooming. We love her!!

Alicia is very passionate about grooming my Sheltie. She has been a groomer for him for 5 years as well as well as my Sheltie before him. Alicia always accommodates me to schedule appointments I have the utmost satisfaction with her and would highly recommend her as an excellent groomer!

Alicia is wonderful. She has been grooming our two Weiner dogs for about six years now. They are sister and brother from the same litter, but Ruby is long hair and needs regular cuts, while Buster is short hair and he just gets cleaned up and his nails trimmed. Alicia does a great job and they like her. Also, Alicia boarded them for us when we were out of town. I think they were maybe a little better behaved when we brought them home. She is good people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet the owner and there pet in person or chat on the phone. Then go over what kind of bath and haircut service they are looking for. This would all lead to the pricing of the grooming. Some customers like to see the grooming shop in person before they make an appointment. Totally understandable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started grooming at Petco in Stillwater and was employed there for 9 years. Then Petco transferred me to the Maplewood store to be the grooming manager. I worked there a couple years. Then I decided to open my own grooming business out of my home.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing depends on type of dog and type of haircut.
