Freshwater Landscaping has been building and taking care of properties around Lake Minnetonka for over a decade. We got started because we kept watching crews drop a beautiful patio on a bad base and be long gone by the time it failed.

The part nobody sees is the part that matters. Base prep, drainage, compaction. Get that wrong and the pavers are heaving by the third winter and there's no fixing it without tearing the whole thing out. Get it right and it still looks good in ten years. People call that integrity, and it's not just in our paver work. For us it just means the job gets done right whether anyone's watching or not.

Warm months we're doing landscape installs and hardscapes. Paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, plantings, and all the grading and drainage that goes in underneath. We do tree work year round too, trimming and removals, including the big ones nobody else wants to touch.

When it snows, we plow. Homeowners go on a seasonal contract that covers the driveway and the walks, and we come back to clear the ridge the city plow throws across your apron. For commercial lots and HOAs we run the whole winter. Plowing, shoveling, salting and ice control, and hauling snow off site once the piles start eating your parking. If snowfall ends before 7pm, your property is cleared by 6am.

We're based right on the lake, so we're not driving in from across the metro at 4 in the morning. If you're in Wayzata, Orono, Excelsior, Deephaven, Shorewood or anywhere around Minnetonka, we're already close.
