Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. We start by discovering what it is the customer would like and how they would like it. Some clients just want a free market analysis and that's ok. Other clients want to know how we work and if we are available immediately to show them a house or to evaluate their house. It really depends on the client and what they are looking for. We want to add value to everyone who reaches out to them and we understand that not everyone will choose to do business with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate broker and a licensed general contractor. I take 3 times the amount of required continuing education each year and have been doing this since 2002.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our services are on a case by case basis. We do not charge any fees to our buyer clients. We pay the real estate commission or administrative fee for our buyer clients too.
How did you get started in this business?
I saw how frustrated my mom was when she tried to hire a real estate agent. I sat in on all of the interviews and couldn't believe how much agents were charging and how little value they were adding.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From investors and first time home buyers to emty nesters and luxury estates. I enjoy working with sellers that understand and value marketing and story telling and can see the importance of choosing someone to market their house who is at the top of their industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Google the agents you are considering hiring.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Value proposition. Fee structure. Reputation. Marketing expertise. Experience. Past Clients. Concrete examples and ilustrations.
