Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting the size of the home and the type of cleaning you would like. Knowing this will help us give you a good estimate.
Then we work with the customer's schedule the best we can.
We arrive slightly before the start time, ask for a tour, and go straight to work.
We work quick, yet efficient. We aim to please! If we miss something, don't hesitate to let us know, we'll be happy to do it for you!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge by the hour. This way the customer isn't over charged and the company is paid for their time accordingly.
We offer discounts and budget cleaning for those who need a bit of assistance.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been cleaning on and off for the last 17 years whilst working at the hospital. One day I saw potential and an opportunity, so I took the plunge! I retired from the hospital and started a cleaning company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts! No job has been too small nor too big! For the ones, such as a hoarder home, we schedule a couple hours each week. We pick an area each week and focus there. Slow but steady we work, within budget and easier for the customer to take in the change.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions! If you're unsure what you'd like done, unsure if it's been cleaned, or curious how we go about cleaning a particular area, ask! We don't mind. We want happy customers, not confused or wondering customers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Approximate time frame?
Can I add on just the fridge or just the oven?
Can you clean a certain area how I like it to be cleaned, my way?
