Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients ALWAYS starts with a no obligation, free, consultation. I feel that we need to be comfortable with each other and I want my customers to know who they are hiring.
For Buyers it's my best practice to meet up and go over the process and make sure we're a solid fit
For Sellers, I feel it's best to view their home and walk-through prior to giving them a price. Taking notes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience and doing real estate full time. I spent years in new construction, Bank Owned homes, and traditional Real Estate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All commission is based on each situation. I am not a discount broker, however I do work with sellers based on condition of home, if they need my help to purchase, they are repeat customers, etc.
How did you get started in this business?
When I Was 18 I met an individual who allowed me to shadow him for a few months. I enjoy the thought of helping people with such an amazing investment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. New construction homes, investors, buyers, sellers, commercial, bank owned, short sales, lake property, acreage
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are committed to you and your home. Make sure this is their main form of business. That Real Estate is a career for them, not a job. Make sure their communication is spot on. If you call or email and they respond in a day or two, how will you ever get a hold of them when you need them?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have you been in business?
Do you have a list of references?
