What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a owner operator, I am always on the job site as the lead crew member! I never send out just employees!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years straight truck driving experience, DOT medical card, proper lifting technique training, 20 years in customer service. 20 years in furniture assembly and repair from hauling to assembly and install.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge in 3 specific ways:
#1 Our Hourly rate for Truck, Travel, and 2 Movers $125 Hourly (First hour of travel is free) 3 Movers is $145 Hourly.
#2 We Offer a Fixed Bid for One Bedroom Apartments. $399 total! $499 if there are stairs! If your apartment has a second bedroom or office it does not qualify.
#3 Our Truckload Scale. Customers love this option because there is no hourly charges and it is very transparent! Many customers hire us for this option because they have been taken advantage of in the past by other companies! See below:
We can offer you a fixed price based on the size of your load! There are no hidden fees or charges and we do not charge for the hours worked, mileage or fuel or the labor! We have a 27' L x 13' 6" H x 8'2" W truck that is rated for a typical 4 bedroom house according to industry standards, such as Uhaul, Ryder, Buget, ect. We charge according to load size. 1/4 of a truck is $399, 1/2 truck is $600, 3/4 is $1,000, and a full truck is $1,300! It includes 2-3 movers, trucking, labor, assembly and disassembly, blanket and shrink wrapping as needed. All boxable items must be boxed, pianos, safes, and pool tables are not included.
How did you get started in this business?
Worked with a private residential mover and made a choice to split off to give customers a more personable experience and listen to their concerns and treat them and their belongings like we would want our own to be treated. We care about your move.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers moving from residence to residence. Office moves, long distance in state moves. Moving elderly.

I can't pick one! Look at our reviews!! We have had some really amazing customers! Let's face it, everything is not always perfect, but being fair and understanding on our end and our customers being understanding and fair is a win for us both!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure you have accounted for everything you need moved! Make sure you understand that movers are just that, you hire them to move your belongings from point a to point b in a safe manner, anything beyond that is not a movers responsibility, most movers have fees for extras such as taking off doors, mileage, number of movers, hours, days of the week, holidays. Ask questions!!
